What could be better than an entire event dedicated to bacon? We couldn’t think of anything either. I present to you: Baconfest Chicago 2011.

So what is Baconfest? Their FAQ page can give you all the details, but essentially it’s the greatest one-day collection of bacon lovers. Sample and buy bacon products from unique bacon makers, enjoy small plates and bacon-influenced cocktails, and even catch a bacon award show, called the Golden Rashers.
